Gerald's 1/87th scale models

You asked for scale Models a few weeks ago. I've done a few scale Models. Maybe some are that kind of model you asked for. Feel free to have a look at my Flickr Album: http://www.flickr.com/photos/g-lander/sets/72157623894562663/

They are in 1/87th scale, so they are even a little smaller than the Wargamer stuff you presented previously.

If the link isn't working you have to search for user "g-lander". The Pink Panther and the Tempo were more difficult to make than your favourite, the Roadless. A friend of mine is allways kidding me about the red wheels at the Roadless, but I wanted a little more colour on it ;-).

Most of the models are made from 109ers. Even the 88" in the garage or the Defender are 1/3 or 2/3 made of the good old 109". One of the next projects is from Land Rover Madness, I try a Vantagefield Coyote.

WMIK Model

Details

At S&S Models we currently make a few Land Rover models for the wargames market in the small scale of 1/76-1/72 scale, same as Hornby railways as well as the slightly bigger scale of 1/57th, similar to the old dinky size, known in games terms as 28mm scale.

We do a snatch, wmik, and light weight, as well as standard 110’s.

Here are some pics of the 1/72 scale WMIK, in painted and bare state.

We currently only supply them as kits, but we are looking into selling them made and painted as well.

We also make lots of other military vehicles from pre-WWII right up to current vehicles in service like jackal and mastiff,
